To provide more operative responses to the issues raised by citizens, organisations and other interested persons, as well as to their complaints and inquires, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia has created a Hotline service for rapid response. The purpose of the Hotline is to enhance the quality of services delivered by the relevant sub-divisions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, to give solutions to sectoral issues, as well as to ensure an open, transparent, participatory and accountable process in regard to the public services delivered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

Application of the Hotline website will help significantly improve the quality of public services, raise the level of public awareness and public trust and ensure the open and participatory process of implementation of the policy being implemented by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.
